6th Annual Caerus Mardi Gras Parade

On Saturday, Feb. 11, The Caerus Mardi Gras Group hosted its sixth annual parade in the City of Hattiesburg.

Hundreds of people, from Hattiesburg and the Gulf Coast region, attended the event to watch more than 40 floats cruise down the 49 Service road in front of The University of Mississippi. The 2.2-mile parade route started at Conestoga’s Steak House, passed the front of USM, turned right onto Hardy street all the way to 38th Ave. and ended on Morningside Drive. Several businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals of Hattiesburg rode on the parade floats.
